A message arrives on WhatsApp, or inside your own application, on a number the business already owns.
Most assistants retrieve. They explain the problem accurately and then leave the customer exactly where they started, waiting for somebody with a keyboard. Ours hold tools into the systems the business already runs on, so the request is carried out inside the conversation — the address changed, the return opened, the slot booked, the refund issued — and the customer is told what was done and given the reference for it.

A simulated thread, drawn in code in this palette and played once. Press Try now and drive it with the same quick replies a customer would tap; each branch ends in the request carried out. It is not a skin of anybody's app — what is on trial here is the behaviour, and no customer record is real.
A message arrives on WhatsApp, or inside your own application, on a number the business already owns.
The sender is matched to a customer record before anything about that record is said back.
The live record is fetched at the moment of asking — never a nightly copy of it.
What was actually asked, and which of its tools that request needs.
It calls them: checks eligibility, updates the record, opens the return, books the slot, issues the refund.
The customer is told what was done and given the reference, in the same thread, with the whole call logged.
What the assistant may do on its own is your decision and nobody else’s: what it can read, what it can write, and the value above which it stops and asks you first. We write those limits down in the first week and build exactly to them, which is what keeps the whole thing to the shortest path and the lowest cost that still stands up.
A message the business starts outside the 24-hour service window needs an approved template. We design around that limit rather than pretending it is not there.
The changes, the returns, the rebookings, the refunds — the ones somebody keys in a hundred times a week. Those are the ones worth giving to an assistant that can actually make them.
